AARR Home @ The Ranch

AARR Warm Welcome Message!

First of all, thank you for visiting your Ranch... AARR safe space to explore anxiety.

You should quickly feel comfortable in your surroundings, be able to easily find your way around, and perhaps even decide to spend some time chill'n @ The Ranch.  Our aim is to connect all of our visitors to that little golden nugget of online information that they may not have otherwise discovered, as the plethora of online information can sometimes be overwhelming and difficult to navigate.

As we incorporate ongoing feedback from our members, the resources and links, referred to and presented here @ AARR Virtual Ranch, will continue to evolve over time.  We will translate AARR Research into leading edge supports and services, validated by members as best available, and make them available @ AARR Ranches around the globe.  Check AARR Office for ways you can help make this a reality.

If you found value during your visit to AARR Virtual Ranch, please share with anyone you think might benefit from the information found on our site.  AARR Virtual Ranch is open all day, every day!  Thank you!

Your Hosts,

Shona and Paul

Co-Founding Rancheros

P.S. We are in the early stages of our online development and appreciate your patience and understanding as we continue to build your online Anti-Anxiety Resource Hub.  Return visits are most welcome and encouraged!

Our Story so Far

Paul and Shona, along with their families, have been long-time buds since meeting in 1994 during a Royal Canadian Air Force posting in Montréal, Quebec, being in touch over the miles and different postings. During a reflective discussion over lunch, Paul and Shona discovered that they both shared a vision of reducing anxiety while concurrently connecting those in need with relevant support.  Following some preliminary planning and research, as well as some refining, together they established a not-for-profit, the “Anti-Anxiety Resource Ranch”, registered as a nonprofit in Canada since October 2020.
